Candidates may have low battery, damaged screens, lost confirmations, or connectivity problems. The intended workflow includes assisted lookup rather than treating a failed scan as automatic rejection.
Privacy and access
Candidate information should be limited to authorized operational use and retained according to the applicable privacy notice. The pilot will help refine staff permissions, exception handling, and data-minimization decisions.
